Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • With original tags and packaging attached

  • Please note we do not accept returns for:

    • Sale or discounted items

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via Instagram selectedbyme.ae or email selectedbyme.info@gmail.com

  • Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned using a reliable courier with tracking.

  • Please keep your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed received.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on availability.

  • If your desired size or item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for store credit only.

  • This policy complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
