Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Within the UAE

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

Standard delivery time is usually 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

During promotions, holidays, or collection launches, delivery times may be slightly longer.

All deliveries are handled by our trusted local courier partners.
3. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping: AED 20

Free shipping on orders over AED 300

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service charge as per courier policy.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number or link via WhatsApp or email.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier service.
5. Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after two delivery attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.

Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

SelectedByMe is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and details are entered correctly when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
