  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT (if any).

  • We accept online payments through secure gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

  • For COD orders, full payment is due upon delivery.

  • Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, typically 1–5 working days within the UAE.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days under specific conditions (unworn, with tags, etc.).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

7. Store Credit & Refunds

  • Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for store credit only.

  • Store credit may be used for future purchases and does not expire.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, product designs, logos, and content on SelectedByMe platforms are the intellectual property of SelectedByMe.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity

  • Reselling our products without authorization

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code or malicious software

Violation of these Terms may result in order cancellation and legal action.
